Frequently Asked Questions

Upon receiving your email confirmation with an order number, there will be a number to call to schedule your delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time.  A 4 hour window will provided during your selected delivery day. You will receive a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery. You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.

Yes! We do make stainless steel cooking grates that can be ordered for the Genesis II series. Currently, they can only be ordered directly through our call center at 1-800-446-1071. You'll want to have the serial number of your Genesis II available when calling. You can find the serial number on the back of the owner's manual or on a white sticker on the back, left leg of the grill.

The work tables are meant for holding plates, food ready to be cooked, spices, sauces, beverages, etc. It was not meant to hold excessive weight.

Due to safety considerations, the complexity of the components involved, as well as the level of disassembly required, we don’t allow conversions or provide conversion kits. Converting a Weber grill will actually void the warranty on the unit and might create an unsafe situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a grilling station. Initially disappointed in that the wireless connect feature did not work with either a 10000mAh or 26000mAh power bank. Since the wireless connect feature worked with regular wall power, I personally deducted that the issue was with either the wiring harness, control board, or the Weber Connect Module. After 4 or 5 emails with customer service, they sent replacement parts for all three. Turns out it was a faulty control board. All features now work as advertised when using a power bank rated at 10000mAh or better. Very happy/satisfied. Aside from the numerous emails with customer service to solve my issue, I wish the SPX-435 came with a built-in thermometer for those time when you don't need to use the Weber Connect feature.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent grill with a couple of minor flaws Overall happy with the grill and am a huge fan of Weber for many years. Grill holds temperature better than any prior models I've owned and the fancy electronics make it a better overal experience if you're into tech. The grate options are very cool. I'm not 100% happy with the under cabinet since Weber removed the shelf so any accessories have to just sit on the bottom of cabinet. They do have a narrow side cabinet that is nice but still a big miss on the base cabinet. Also, the stainless shelves all have an outline of the plastic film that cannot be cleaned or removed. A minor nuisance again similar to the shelf. Overall, like the grill and am sure it will last a long time.
